Motivation vs Inspiration

In this Perspective, we will explore the deeper meaning of:

• what it means to be 'fully engaged'
• the exceptional leader in terms of core leadership competencies
• what 'inside-out' means

We will also clarify the link between fully engaged inner resources and energy or vitality. We will explain the powerful impact of engaging all four inner resources, i.e. our spiritual, physical, mental and emotional life engagements. Subtract one of these resources of the equation and our capacity to fully ignite our energy and enthusiasm is diminished.

A harmonised balance between these four  inner resources will project energy, vitality and enthusiasm which will ignite the fire of inspiration and passion in oneself and people one associate with.

As a global society, we have a crisis of trust on our hands. Low trust is everywhere. It permeates our society, our government, political parties, health care, churches, leadership and management, relationships, and even individual or self trust.
