Overview
In this first of its kind programme participants will be offered the opportunity to enhance their personal and work relationships through an understanding of diversity through their own and other people's temperament (personality) types.
You will be facilitated toward an in-depth understanding of your temperament type and your personality through a validated Temperament Typology Questionnaire. This unique approach to diversity awareness also includes understanding of every individual's unique signature strengths, how each of the four temperament types would treat others and would like to be treated.
Participants will experience how their temperament types are reflected in their preferences, behaviour, how they think and communicate. People also have different attitudes towards life, they have different leadership styles and express their feelings in an unique and personal way. Being able to understand the reason for these differences can enhance living and working together.
