Overview
To be an effective leader on a sustainable basis, such a person must lead by example and be a person of character and integrity. Every person is a leader, firstly a leader of one's own life, of becoming the best you can be. True leadership is authentic leadership that adds value.
Course Outcomes
During this course, participants will realise the importance of and develop a desire to become more principle centred and accountable in their work and behaviour.

1. A Sound Model of Leadership and Credibility
2. Level 1 of the Pyramid: Moral Leadership
- Discovering your own personal principles and values again the backdrop of moral integrity
- The foundations of Trustworthiness
- The nature and importance of integrity
- Modelling through moral leadership
4. Level 3 of the Pyramid: Competent Leadership, Personal Worth at Work and Meaningful Work
