Course Content

PHASE 1: A Diagnostic Phase: Reality Check
- A thorough personal time analysis, i.e. how you spend your work, life and free time
- Determining the major causes of personal stress
- Identifying time robbers that impact on effective time management and causing stress and loss of energy
- Insight into how your time-related behaviour impacts on others
- Determining how stress manifests in our lives through three stress indicators:
- whether you are the stress-prone type
- your existing stress profile, and
- your external stress index
- Insight into how your time-related behaviour impacts on others
- Explaining the impact of stress on our total wellbeing
PHASE 2: Developing a Time and Energy Engagement and Stress Management Perspective
- Clarifying your core business and True North values
- Developing a values centred approach to time, energy and stress management
- Rules of Engagement: Developing a work/life balance philosophy
PHASE 3: Developing a Personal Strategy for Effective Time and Energy Engagement as well as Stress
