Dawie Smith is a pioneer in the field of life skills and leadership excellence. He is the founder of post graduate University degrees in People Development focusing on Personal, Interpersonal and Professional coaching, counselling and team effectiveness.
Dawie is an acknowledged and experienced life skills and executive coach. With his team of expert trainers they offer the best in its class Coaching Training Courses.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Leadership The EPL Way, a People Development Consultancy Company situated in Johannesburg. Dawie Smith is a popular motivational speaker at conferences or meetings. He also presents radio talks on a regular basis. Dawie has been selected as one of the International Biographical Centre's TOP 100 PROFESSIONALS in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Minnette Dempsey (BA-Ed., BA Hons, M.Phil (Personal and Professional Leadership))
Minnette Dempsey has more than 20 years' experience in the field of development and coaching. She is a renowned speaker and is at heart a motivational teacher and an influencer of people. Her strong academic background (she was awarded the Faculty Prize for best Masters graduate at the Rand Afrikaans University in Personal and Professional Leadership in 2001) and vast practical experience as coach and as trainer, make her a well-respected practitioner in this field.
Zelda du Rand (BA, BA Hons. (Psychology), MA Counselling, ILPC Executive and Life Coach)
Zelda du Rand is a highly qualified and experienced Executive and Life Skills Coach. She has a Masters' Degree in Counselling from the Commonwealth Open University as well as the ILPC Coaching Certificate endorsed by the Coaching and Mentoring Society of South Africa.
