Our Coach and Counsellor Development opportunity is called the Inspirational Life and Professional Coach (ILPC) Training Programme.
The ILPC Programme is the brain child of Dawie Smith, emeritus professor of Leadership Development. He developed post-graduate degree programmes in Personal, Interpersonal and Professional Leadership at Honours, Master's and Doctoral levels at the Rand Afrikaans University, now the University of Johannesburg. These degrees, which include many aspects of the Life and Professional Coaching course, were all registered with the Council for Higher Education (CHE) in South Africa.
