The EPL Way has a multi-dimensional approach to individual and group effectiveness and profiling. The EPL Way approaches profiling from a 720° feedback in two contexts:
It begins with an Inner 360° profile - a deep, broad, well-integrated understanding of ourselves.
Then, an Outer 360° profile - a broad feedback on how people above, across, and below us perceive our strength and areas in need of development.
From the Inner 360° we learn who we are and who we want to be. The Outer 360° teaches us how others perceive us in terms of our strengths and weaknesses.
