Unlocking Diversity through Temperament Typology

• This is a first of its kind intervention. You will be facilitated toward an in-depth understanding of your temperament type and your personality by means of a Temperament Typology Questionnaire.
• This unique approach to diversity awareness also includes understanding of how each of the four temperament types would treat others and would like to be treated.

• Understand the origin or causal factors of one's leadership style, thinking style, communication style, conflict handling style and expression of feelings style
• Map the dimensions of diversity
• Experience the reality of diversity
• Learn to appreciate the value of diversity through synergy
