Overview
Stress has become part of our everyday lives. A contributing factor to stress is an urgency addiction and a quest for more time. This powerful two-day workshop is about becoming aware of how you spend your time and energy and how to apply your time and energy optimally. It is also about understanding the impact of stress on your total wellbeing and how to manage stressful situations.
