Overview
Trust is the fundamental building block for a brand and it is the glue for lasting relationships. Trust is the basis of team cooperation. Without trust there can be no loyalty, and without loyalty, there can be no team cooperation.
Course Outcomes
The general outcomes of the Trust Intervention are to:
- Make participants aware of the importance of trust
- To cultivate team cooperation through trustworthiness
- To inspire the level of trust in an organisation
- To cultivate a spiritually fulfilled workplace

- The ripples of trust in an organisation
- The high cost of low trust - the importance of trust
- Level 1 of the Pyramid of Leadership and Credibility: Personal Trustworthiness
- Level 2 of the Pyramid of Leadership and Credibility: Relationship Trust
- Level 3 of the Pyramid of Leadership and Credibility: Developing Trust Competencies and Skills
