Lifestyle and Wellbeing Development Plan
Overview
Wellbeing should be seen not only as the absence of illness and disease, or the presence of health, but wellbeing refers to a healthy state of the nature or essence of a person. It also refers to one's spiritual essence.
Course Outcomes
The core outcomes of this holistic and functional Lifestyle and Wellbeing Intervention are to:
- present educational proactive support to the Client
- enlighten participants about the nature of Total Wellbeing
- introduces a realistic wellbeing model that is also aligned to the three distinct processes of the human cell
- make participants aware of the two dominant healing approaches to health and wellbeing
- become informed about the core causes of chronic diseases and the major factors of a destructive lifestyle
- understand the impact of temperament type on stress and total wellbeing
- explain the psycho-neuro-immune (PNI) system connection
- determine the role of each of the eight life dimension in total wellbeing
- present a diagnostic total wellbeing assessment tool which will enable every participant to determine his/her wellbeing needs
- create a positive work attitude
- create an inner drive to want to take action with respect to personal wellbeing
- promote a proactive approach to personal wellbeing
