ETHOS: Personal Leadership (Integrity)
Ethos stands for moral and accountable behaviour. The cornerstone of effective leadership is self-mastery. If we want to become more effective in relating with others, we need to become more effective with ourselves. In terms of self-mastery, four internal life dimensions are emphasised:
- Inner Harmony - Spiritual Wellbeing
- Physical Wellbeing
- Mental Wellbeing
- Emotional Wellbeing
PATHOS: Interpersonal Leadership
Pathos refers to caring and empathy. Our need for love, acceptance and acknowledgement is fundamental to our existence. Interpersonal Leadership emphasises constructive, sustainable relationships.
LOGOS: Professional Leadership
Logos refers to logic, to competence and skills but also to meaningful existence. Competent Professional Leadership emphasizes, among others, the "soft" skills in the workplace such as accountability, commitment, trustworthiness, effective communication and coaching.
