What is your Total Well-Being Engagement?
Well-BEing should be seen not only as the...
- absence of illness and disease, or the
- presence of health
Total Engagement = full personal life and work engagement
Well = healthy, good, quality, plenty, enough
BE = who one really is and want to be - one's spiritual essence!
"ing" = Constant And Never-ending Improvement (CANI - Anthony Robbins)
Therefore: Well-BEing = a continuous total personal life and work engagement
