Leadership Development Programmes
Leadership development training may be very beneficial for a person's functioning and self-esteem in both private and business life. As such, leadership development programmes exist that teaches people the essential leadership skills and help them develop these skills. These programmes empower emerging and existing leaders to recognise their strengths and weaknesses and to develop their leadership skills base in order to lead by example and with integrity.
